The idea
An apartment organised around light and the small, repeated gestures of the people who live in it. Nothing shouts; everything is placed.
Morning light, kept soft by linen and pale oak.
Custom joinery that hides everything the day doesn't need.
A table placed for the view, not the wall.
Travertine underfoot; the palette never raises its voice.
The family room. Calm tones and natural materials, made for slow evenings together.
Process
From executive drawings to site management: finish schedules, sampling, and the slow discipline of saying no to anything that didn't earn its place. The joinery hides the day's clutter so the light has nothing to argue with.
Material
Oak, linen, travertine and a great deal of white.
